An integral part of the TH Developments team, Simon has been with us for the past three years and works as an exceptional team leader to see projects through to completion. He’s a talented plumber but continues to pursue new skills to round out his building knowledge. Outside of work, he is a devoted dad to three boys, loves football, boxing, and family time!

Always the class clown, Levi brings light relief to the team and loves cracking jokes in his role as a bathroom installer. He’s been with the team for over two years. When he’s not working, you’ll find him spending quality time with his gorgeous daughter.

Having been with us for over two years, Charlie has worked his way up into a leadership position and proved himself as an invaluable member of the team. Specialising in high-end bathrooms and plumbing, he has a keen eye for detail and a passion for learning new skills. When he’s not fitting bathrooms, you might find him sipping on a nice cider or enjoying some downtime with his young son Oscar.

Sam is the cheeky chap we all know and love, having been with the team for just over a year. He brings his plumbing qualifications to a range of different projects, always fitting in where he is needed to get the job done. Sam is another dedicated Dad who enjoys spending time with his little one.

Matt is one of the longest-serving team members, having been with us for eight incredible years. Having worked alongside our MD Tony, he’s super serious about his work… but does crack a smile occasionally! On days off, you’ll find him fishing, shooting, or spending time with his family.

Carl brings a strong background in carpentry and joinery to the team at TH Developments and has been with us permanently for just a few months. When he’s not working with wood, you’ll find him socialising down the pub.

Paul is the dad of the team bringing the most experience in the company and a crackers personality. Always smiling, nothing is too much trouble for Paul, who strives for perfection in everything he does. He manages our Nike team which is dedicated to bathroom installations and plumbing works.

We’ve got high hopes for Lewis, a talented young fitter currently training as a bathroom installer. Quiet in his approach but always working with the utmost care and attention to detail, Lewis has plans to move into kitchens once he has mastered his training in bathrooms.

Chris is our resident building brainiac with a knack for carpentry. He’s been a part of the team for over two years, having brought with him a wealth of industry experience – you provide the tea and he’ll bring the talent! Chris is a family man who also enjoys keeping fit outside of work.

Our apprentice Lewis is due to finish his apprenticeship this year, having picked up valuable skills in carpentry and building works. He’s been with us for two years and always brings a positive attitude to projects. Outside of work, he’s into football, basketball, cars, and hanging out with friends.

Heading up our electrical team is Andy, an experienced sparky with a perfectionist streak. He’s always pitching in wherever the team needs him – from commercial to domestic projects. When he’s not working, he’s kept just as busy as a loving husband and father to two boys.

A much-loved addition to the family, Jack has been with us for nearly nine months. Having just finished his Level 2 and working towards his Level 3, he’s making strides in our electrical division. When he’s off the clock you might find him volunteering at the Seven Valley Railway or spending quality time with family.
